Happy with the quality of the product, and the ability to create your own design is great. But their quality control needs to pick up its game.
There is a glitch in their website that doesn’t translate your uploaded image properly, leaving random white portions on the preview of the design. These white patches were not in the uploaded picture (which you can check on the site), only on the mock up design for the product. I naturally assumed that if their uploaded design was perfect, then the finished product would be fine. So I ignored the white portions, only to have my item arrive with the white blotches!
Surely their printing/design team would see the white patches on all their custom orders, and know that something was amiss?
