Delivery
We will fulfil your order as soon as possible. Upon completion you will receive an email with tracking information, we have completed your order at our warehouse and your package is awaiting pick up from your selected freight method shipping agent.
We dispatch 90% of items same day if ordered before 2:00PM AEST. We are not Australia Post or a courier in any way. Once we have dispatched, please understand we can only see what you can see on your tracking. Allow enough time for it to arrive and enjoy your new items.

Quality of the item was good! Arrived within 2 days of shipping (knowing order was placed on a weekend :] ). Major problem was the fact the mat was folded in half, leaving a crease down the centre of the product. Would suggest moving forward that items (such as mats) are rolled up and even shipped in a cylindrical type packaging to avoid this.

Delivery surprised me I had it before I sent the email (if you get my drift) Payment was fine bank deposit works… Colours and density excellent and close to my screen. I will up my gamma (levels) +20 to get about where I want. We now have an outlet for our game prototypes substituting mouse mates for cardboard… And in AUSTRALIA and in Queensland… How good is that. Designing prototype board games the mouse pad (Large) is ideal… Given that the board game industry (sales and design) we hope you can tap in to that market.

Superb printing quality, fast processing and delivery, helpful staff, and overall amazing experience. One thing to know before buying is that the ideal image for printing is huge (7169 x 4217 px), so make sure you make a design with enough resolution.
